If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our goal is to provide the best service and products to our customers.

All purchases are non-refundable.

Returns:

 You have 5 business days to return an item (s) from the date you received it. Return item (s) must be unworn (free from makeup, fragrance free, deodorant stains) and in the same condition that you received it and must have all tags attached. Please complete our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a form, please send us an email at myowncurvestcb@gmail.com.  Your item (s) must be in the original packaging. Your item (s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Absolutely no refunds will be given.

Please review the return guidelines below:

• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for item (s) after 30 days from the date your order ship.
• All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
• Items will be inspected for return and either approved or rejected. You will receive an email notification of our decision.
• We are not responsible for item (s) lost or stolen during the transit of a return.
• Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once its been received and approved.

My Own Curves: The Clothing Boutique will replace item (s) if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a product that is defective or damage, please contact us at myowncurvestcb@gmail.com. . Please send item (s) to the address listed on the package within 5 days of your purchase date.

Cancelling/Change Your Order

Please make any changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing us and include order numbers in the email.
