All purchases are non-refundable.


 You have 5 business days to return an item (s) from the date you received it. Return item (s) must be unworn (free from makeup, fragrance free, deodorant stains) and in the same condition that you received it and must have all tags attached. Please complete our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a form, please send us an email at  Your item (s) must be in the original packaging. Your item (s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Absolutely no refunds will be given.

Please review the return guidelines below:

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for item (s) after 30 days from the date your order ship.
  • All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
  • Items will be inspected for return and either approved or rejected. You will receive an email notification of our decision.
  • We are not responsible for item (s) lost or stolen during the transit of a return.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once its been received and approved.
